Protecting the endangered Golden Langur through habitat restoration, community-based monitoring, and eco-tourism development around conservation corridors.

The Golden Langur (Trachypithecus geei) is endemic to the forests along the India-Bhutan border with fewer than 7,000 individuals remaining. This initiative focuses on habitat connectivity, anti-poaching patrols by trained community guards, scientific monitoring, and developing Golden Langur eco-tourism trails that generate revenue for local communities.
